| University College Board | Highest level in the University College. Made up by external and internal representatives, and two students elected each spring. |
2 student representatives + 2 deputy representatives. Elected for 1 year. Election each spring. |

| Student Parliament | Highest level in the Student organisation (StorHk) Made up by students from all campuses. Makes strategic decisions for StorHk. | In total approx. 25 students + deputies. Students from all campuses. Elected for one year, in September each year. | ||
| The StorHk board | Day-to-day management of the organization |
7 students. Elected by the student parliament, each spring and autumn. |

| The Student welfare organization board | A company outside the University College organisation which runs the cafeterias, student housing, book store etc. There are representatives for the employees, students and University College representatives. | 4 student representatives + 4 deputies. Elected for 2 years. Student representatives are elected by the student parliament. | ||
| Educational council | Helps the University College principal with ensuring the educations they offer follow certain strategies and high standards. | 2 student representatives + 2 deputies. Elected for 1 year, elected by the student parliament every autumn. | ||
| Research and development council | Works with research at the University College, gives advice on the subject, and works with student participation in research projects, as well as allocating funds for research projects. |

| Council on study environment | Helps securing the students a healthy and including studying environment. Lays the foundation for the student satisfaction survey. | 4 students (1 from each campus) + 4 deputies. StorHk Vice president is in the council. Elected by the Student parliament each autumn, for 1 year | ||
| Council on educational content | Discusses the different content of the educations in Hedmark University College |

| Board on student suitability | Processes cases where there are doubts about whether students are suited for the education they are attending. Student representatives must be from the study programs this concerns. |
2 students + 2 deputies. Appointed by the StorHk board, for 1 year. |

| Board of complaints | Processes cases concerning complaints, for instance cheating, and cases where the right to graduating or taking exams are being questioned. |
2 students + 2 deputies. Elected by the Student parliament, for 1 year. |

| Council on appointments | The board who appoints people into educational positions. Meets every 14. day. |
2 students + 2 deputies. Elected each autumn by the student parliament, for 1 year |

| StorHk board of elections | Approves the urn elections for student parliament members. | 4 students, one from each campus. Elected by the student parliament each autumn, for 1 year. | ||
| StL- representantative | StorHk’s representative within StL (Norwegian Association of Students) |
1 student + 1 deputy. Elected by the student parliament each spring, for 1 year |

| University College development project | Works with international projects at the University College, funded through the semester fee. | 3 students, among those the StorHk international contact. Elected each autumn by the student parliament, for one year. | ||
| HedmarkStudenten (Hedmark student newspaper) board | Owned by StorHk. StorHk have to board members. The student newspaper in Hedmark, main base on Campus Rena. |
2 students, from the StorHk board. Elected by the StorHk board for 1 year. |

| University College election board | Representing the students in the board who counts and approves the different urn elections in Hedmark University College. |
