EndNote
EndNote is a program designed to help you manage your references. By using EndNote you can collect, organize and store references and then use them in your paper. You can import references into EndNote from many different databases.
When you have installed the program, EndNote will also appear in Word, and you can insert references from EndNote into Word easily.
You can borrow the installation CD for EndNote in the library. We have EndNote for Mac and PC, but EndNote works best on a PC.
There are two different versions of the EndNote program. Bachelor students have access to EndNote Web, a web-based program, while master students and faculty have access to the desktop-version of EndNote as well as EndNote Web.
EndNote Web
The version of EndNote that is available for bachelor students is EndNote Web. This is a web-based program that you can access from all computers as long as you are logged on to the internet. When you register for EndNote Web you have to be on Hedmark University College internet, but after you have registered your account you can access EndNote Web from anywhere.
To register as an EndNote Web user, go to: www.myendnoteweb.com
